Freshly renovated in September 2026. The kitchen is brand new, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with capsules, and so are the walls, the floors and much else. The apartment in detail
From the entrance on the first floor, a small hallway with wardrobe leads into the modern living and sleeping area. It has a fitted kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and dining, a dining table, a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, up to 120 cm wide.
The sleeping area is set apart, with a wardrobe and a high-quality, custom-made double bed (180 cm). The bathroom, accessed from the hallway, has a shower, WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet. The apartment looks out onto the quiet Silberne Fischgasse.
Through the stairwell you reach the shared garden behind the house – a quiet spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
