Cancellation policy
- Until 14 days before arrival: free cancellation (100 % refund).
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total cost is charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the total cost is charged.
For bookings via Booking.com the cancellation policy of Booking.com applies.
Your details
Access via stairs: the entrance to both apartments is on the first floor (one flight up) of a historic old-town building and can only be reached via a small, old wooden staircase. There is no lift – the apartments are not step-free and are unfortunately not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
